Adams Insight: Even though we are seeing large companies laying off employees every day, the national unemployment rate is hovering around 3.7%. Hopefully, as the #FED continues to increase interest rates the unemployment with stay around 3.7%.

Adams Insight: The housing market has drastically started to change. Homes are starting to sit on the market longer and there are fewer buyers. The interest rates have quickly slowed the housing market. Luckily the employment numbers have not changed, the questions is not if but when will unemployment feel the effects of the inflation battle.
