A healthy economy has a 3-5% unemployment rate, however a 3-5% unemployment rate does not always indicate a healthy economy.

Adams Insight: 3% to 4% unemployment rate is great. I do see a red flag with inflation increasing and home values sky rocketing. The beginning of every recession cycle started with the lowest unemployment rates in recent years.

Adams Insight: It is great to see the space tech companies moving to Brevard County and Florida. Everyday more people are moving in from the over priced states #California and #Washington. Even with the additional people Florida has maintained a low #unemployment rate.

Adams Insight: The market slowed in June and July but August rebounded with 1,200 homes closed. Please keep in mind that these homes went under contract in July. In August we exceeded previous months of new listings with a low number of sales. The absorption rate has finally crossed the 2.0 threshold which means #Realtors need to work harder for the same result!
