Adams Insight: A stable unemployment rate is a powerful indicator. The United States unemployment rate has finally stabilized in the 3.5%-4.0% range. Currently it is hard to find employees and even more difficult to buy certain items like cars and electronics. The current supply shortages when mixed with growing inflation rates creates an uncertain future. However, real estate is always a great investment. There are very few inflation proof purchases or investments, but real estate is one of them.

Adams Insight: Sold listings are reducing while new listings are staying strong. The FED has threatened to increase interest rates as an way to fight inflation. This has created a buying frenzy, buyers are worried that home prices will remain high as monthly payments increase.
