Adams Insight: The unemployment rate continues to drop. We are now in a healthy range, but the market is far from healthy. Homes are selling faster than hotcakes and for 30-40% more than 2 years ago.

Adams Insight: Annually, pre-Covid the sales slowed in January. In March the sales usually pick up and stay strong during the summer. I believe the numbers have slowed due to the possible increase in interest rates.
