Adams Insight: The unemployment rate continues to drop. We are now in a healthy range, but the market is far from healthy. Homes are selling faster than hotcakes and for 30-40% more than 2 years ago.

Adams Insight: January is usually a slow month so it is not a surprise to see home sales increase for February. February is still slower than we would like to see, but with the current Ukrainian war, inflation and rising interest rates 1,093 homes sold is great for the area.
