A healthy economy has a 3-5% unemployment rate, however a 3-5% unemployment rate does not always indicate a healthy economy.

Adams Insight: 3% to 4% unemployment rate is great. The #nationalunemployment rate of 3.5% is great, but inflation is still increasing. The #FED will increase interest rates which will increase the unemployment rate and that chain reaction will slow and hopefully stop inflation. It is sad that the only option is to force layoffs to save the countries economy. I am happy I don't have to make that difficult decision.

Adams Insight: Governor Ron #Desantis has managed to beat the National unemployment average month after month. The great state of #Florida has a few key industries; tourism, space technologies and farming.

Adams Insight: It looks like April of 2022 was the turning point in the market. The sold to listing graph displays exactly what is happening in the market. In September we have seen the biggest gap, only 897 pending transactions, while 1 year ago it was 1,358.
