Adams Insight: This is coincidentally the lowest unemployment rate since 2006. I hope that this isn't a little foreshadowing for what may be on the horizon. 2008-2010 were some of the worst years for the housing market and the economy in general.

Adams Insight: The peak of the market looks to be April of 2022 on the sold to list ratio. A peak of 101% of homes listed sold. The peak was followed with a quick drop ending in December at 94%. The Days on Market spiked in October, from a steady 20 days on market to 55 days on market. I believe this is the beginning of the market correction.
