Unemployment Rates

The unemployment rate is a great market indicator for the future market. As long as employment numbers are strong, mortgages will be paid and manufactured items will be purchased.

Adam's Insight: We are about to see a wild market this summer. The interest rate increases have started to hit all markets. Businesses are slowing and the unemployment rate has almost increased by an entire percentage point. 0.9% seems like a small number until you are talking about the united states population. As this number continues to grow we will see inflation slow.

Adam's Insight: Florida has held our unemployment rate steady for the last 4 months. The country has continued to increase while tourism, space exploration, health care and farming have held strong. Florida unemployment will start to increase, the #FED interest rate increases are a tide that will effect us all.

Adam's Insight: I believe that by the end of the year interest rates will hit 5.25% for a standard 30 year home loan. The #FED is going to continue to drop rates in an attempt to slow the failing economy. Inflation has started to slow, but unemployment is quickly rising.
